Job description:

We’re looking for a confident and detail-driven Project & Account Executive to join our growing team. You’ll play a hybrid role, coordinating the smooth delivery of digital projects (web, design, new client onboarding and HubSpot set-up) as well as supporting the wider account management team across a variety of clients.

As our first hire in this dual-capacity role, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day coordination of key projects, while also becoming a trusted support on strategic client accounts - helping us stay organised, meet deadlines and deliver brilliant results.

Key responsibilities

Project coordination:

  • Lead the delivery of 2–3 large digital projects at any one time

  • Plan and organise internal project kick-off meetings and status check-ins

  • Develop and maintain detailed project trackers and timelines

  • Liaise with designers, developers, content creators and external partners to keep everything on track

  • Set up key platforms, trackers, folders and workflows for new projects

  • Own the day-to-day client communication for active projects

  • Share regular progress updates and run internal/client project meetings

  • Manage handovers, client training and project close-out reports

  • Identify and flag potential issues or blockers before they escalate

  • Run first-pass quality checks in relation to client brief and expectations

  • Manage feedback process with clients - setting up feedback tools, and flowing feedback into actionable tasks for relevant team members

Account management support:

  • Work closely with Account Managers to support the coordination and delivery of marketing roadmaps for retained clients

  • Plan and brief tasks in project management tool

  • Liaise with clients to gather information, share updates and ensure smooth communication

  • Attend regular client meetings and reviews, sharing notes and supporting follow-up actions

  • Be a proactive and reliable presence across multiple client accounts, helping us exceed expectations

Execution of work:

Support the delivery of high quality work within both projects and client roadmaps when required. This could include:

  • Web page builds and content entry

  • Asset curation for both web and design projects

  • HubSpot set-up

  • Management of photoshoots / video shoots

  • Content drafting, reviews and amends

  • Digital advertising drafting, reviews and amends

  • Research

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 1-3 years coordinating marketing, website or creative projects (agency or in-house)

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (Craft CMS or similar) and design basics (Figma/Adobe)

  • Comfortable working with developers, designers, copywriters and clients

  • Super-organised, proactive, calm under pressure and obsessed with detail

  • Positive, can-do attitude - motivated to solve problems and elevate the client experience

  • Confident written and verbal communicator
