We're recruiting for a Junior Graphic Designer to join the Mission10 team on a
2-month fixed-term contract...
You’ll join Mission10’s creative team on a focused client rebranding project, refreshing their visual identity across a large suite of PDF collateral, artwork and imagery. For the two-month contract, you’ll work full-time, collaborating daily with designers, developers and marketers to ensure every asset moves smoothly from brief to final sign-off. The contract may be extended if project timelines require.
Brand asset updates
Update existing PDFs with new logos, typography and colour palette.
Re-draw or refine vector artwork to match revised brand guidelines.
Prepare print-ready and web-optimised files using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat.
New collateral creation
Design supporting graphics (icons, diagrams, social tiles) in Adobe CC.
Produce template layouts for ongoing in-house use, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
Image editing
Switch / remove logos and branding within photography library using Photoshop
File management
Maintain organised layer/folder structures and naming conventions.
Package and archive final files.
Manage the upload / replacement of new files within website CMS (training will be provided).
Upload and organisation of approved assets within the new digital asset management platform, ready for client handover.
Quality assurance
Proof all artwork against brand guidelines and project requirements.
Collaboration & communication
Attend daily stand-ups and weekly check-ins with the Graphic Design Lead.
Keep project tracker updated to enable seamless client approval.
Liaise with developers and content editors to align artwork with web builds.
Log progress in project trackers; flag risks or delays early.
Additional tasks
During quieter spells you may support the wider marketing team with ad-hoc graphic requests (e.g. display ads, email banners) to keep workload balanced.
1+ years’ agency or in-house design experience.
Confident in Adobe CC — Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (and comfortable learning other apps as needed).
Solid understanding of typography, layout and colour for both print and digital.
Meticulous eye for detail.
Ability to hit tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Positive, collaborative mindset.
Clear written and verbal communicator.
