We are looking for a motivated Performance Marketing professional to join our team. We’re open to candidates at different stages of their career – from graduates and juniors just starting out, through to experienced executives and managers ready to take ownership of accounts and strategy.

At Mission10, we support our clients to attract and convert their target customers. As part of our performance marketing team, you’ll work across a range of paid media channels, helping to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns, analyse performance, and provide actionable insights to clients. The exact responsibilities and level of autonomy will be tailored to your experience.


Key Responsibilities (depending on level of experience)

  • Campaign Delivery: Support or lead in planning, building, and optimising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Bing Ads and TikTok Ads.

  • Strategy: At junior levels, assist with research and targeting; at senior levels, develop and own multi-channel strategies aligned with client objectives.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, build reports, and share insights. More experienced hires will lead on performance reviews and client recommendations.

  • Collaboration: Work with content, creative, and analytics teams to produce high-performing campaigns. At manager level, oversee cross-team coordination and mentor junior colleagues.

  • Innovation: Stay up to date with emerging platforms and industry trends, recommending new opportunities to enhance client performance. Have a clear appetite to become an expert in your field.


Skills & Attributes

At all levels:

  • Enthusiastic about digital marketing and paid media.

  • A firm grounding of the basic principles of lead generation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

  • Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.

  • Comfortable with digital tools and a willingness to learn.

  • Has studied marketing or a similar relevant subject.

Junior / Graduate level:

  • Demonstrated interest in digital marketing (through studies, internships, or self-learning).

  • Willingness to train and grow into hands-on campaign management.

Mid-level Executive:

  • Hands-on experience running campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads.

  • Ability to manage budgets and optimise campaigns towards KPIs.

  • Experience presenting campaign insights to clients or stakeholders.

Manager level:

  • Proven track record in leading performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms whilst managing client budgets.

  • Strong strategic planning and client management experience.

  • Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.

  • Comfortable owning client relationships and delivering results.

  • Agency experience preferable.


Desirable (across levels)

  • Technically confident with digital platforms.

  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads and TikTok Ads.

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint or similar.

  • Experience using HubSpot or other CRMs.

  • Confidence using artificial intelligence to streamline outputs.
